Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) is a set of simple yet profound exercises that utilize the body’s natural ability to release stored trauma and tension. Philip Radiotes, a certified TRE Provider, is now teaching the exercises to New Yorkers. Phil has been practicing TRE since 2004 and became a certified provider in 2014.  He has worked with people of varying mobility issues and physical limitations, customizing TRE as necessary to fit your needs.

Introductory sessions are held in a comfortable one-on-one setting. Sessions can take place at Phil’s NYC home and can also take place in your home. Phil also offers sessions in a group setting and online via many video conferencing platforms.

    TRE® is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. The exercises safely activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system.
